Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

As the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), our company ("the Company") values the privacy and security of your personal data. This text has been prepared to explain for what purposes your personal data is processed, with whom it may be shared, and what your rights are.

1. Our Core Principles

When processing your personal data, we comply with the following principles set out in Article 4 of the KVKK:

• Being processed lawfully and fairly,
• Being accurate and kept up to date where necessary,
• Being processed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes,
• Being relevant to, limited to and proportionate with the purposes for which they are processed,
• Being retained only for the period stipulated by the relevant legislation or required for the purpose of processing.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Responding to your requests for information about our products and services,
• Conducting communication and support processes,
• Ensuring the security of our website and services,
• Measuring and improving the quality of our service,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations.

3. Data Collected and Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected through forms on our website, email, social media channels and cookies, by automated or partially automated means in electronic form. The data collected generally falls under the categories of identity (full name), contact (email), transaction security (IP, log records) and usage (browsing preferences).

4. Transfer of Personal Data

In order to fulfil the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to our infrastructure, hosting and analytics suppliers and to legally authorized public institutions and organizations, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not shared with third parties for purposes other than those above, nor sold for marketing purposes, without your explicit consent.

5. Data Security

Our Company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data and unauthorized access to it, and to safeguard the data.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and for as long as required by the purpose of processing; once these periods expire, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Rights of the Data Subject and Application

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise your rights, including learning whether your data is processed, requesting information, requesting correction, deletion or destruction, and objecting to the processing activity. You can submit your requests to our Company through the channels on our Contact page. Your applications are concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest; if the process additionally requires a cost, the fee set in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
